Product Description

RSK3 also known as p90-RSK3, RPS6KA2 is a member of the ribosomal S6 kinase family. RSK3 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways activated by receptor tyrosine kinases. One of the key functions of RSK3 is involvement in the regulation of cell growth and survival, particularly in response to mitogenic signals. This regulation is vital for normal cellular function and development, as dysregulation of RSK3 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer. Dual kinase catalytic domains allow RSK3 to phosphorylate a range of substrates, thereby influencing multiple downstream signaling pathways.
