Enolase-1 also known as α Enolase, ENO1 is a member of the enolase family. Enolase-1 plays a crucial role in the glycolytic pathway, facilitating the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate, which is a key step in energy production.
