Product Description

Cdc34(Cell division cycle 34) also known as UBC3 is a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. Cdc34 plays a crucial role in the cell cycle by acting as a ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme, which is essential for the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase of the cell cycle. This transition is vital for proper cell division and replication, as Cdc34 ensures cells are adequately prepared for DNA synthesis. Cdc34 activity is closely linked to forming a structural and functional homolog with Saccharomyces cerevisiae Cdc34, underscoring evolutionary conservation and importance in cellular processes.
