| Product Description | |
CNR1(Cannabinoid receptor 1) also known as CB1 is a members of the guanine-nucleotide-binding protein (G-protein) coupled receptor family, which inhibit adenylate cyclase activity in a dose-dependent, stereoselective and pertussis toxin-sensitive manner.. CNR1 plays a crucial role in modulating neurotransmitter release and influencing various physiological processes. CNR1 localization in the central nervous system is particularly important as CNR1 is involved in the regulation of pain, mood, appetite, and memory, making CNR1 a significant target for therapeutic interventions in conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, and neurodegenerative diseases. CNR1 undergoes post-translational modifications, including phosphorylation, which can affect CNR1 activity and interactions with other proteins. |
