| Product Description | |
| Stat5b also known as Signal transducer and activator of transcription 5B, GHISID2 is a member of the STAT family of transcription factors. Stat5b is a critical transcription factor that plays a key role in cytokine and growth factor signaling pathways. Stat5b becomes activated in response to stimuli such as IL-2, IL-4, CSF-1, and growth hormones, typically through receptor tyrosine kinases or G protein-coupled receptors. Stat5b undergoes phosphorylation, dimerization, and translocation to the nucleus to regulate gene expression, influencing T-cell receptor signaling, apoptosis, adult mammary gland development, and sexual dimorphism of liver gene expression. |
