Product Description

Jak2(Janus kinase 2) is a vital member of the non-receptor Janus tyrosine kinase family, integral to the JAK/STAT signaling pathway that regulates essential cellular functions including proliferation, differentiation, and survival within the immune and hematopoietic systems. Upon activation by cytokines and interferons, JAK2 phosphorylates STAT transcription factors, which then dimerize and migrate to the nucleus to modulate gene expression.
