| Product Description | |
Nrf3 also kwown as NFE2L3 is a member of the cap 'n' collar basic-region leucine zipper family of transcription factors. Nrf3 integrates redox and proteostasis cues to modulate transcriptional networks involved in metabolism, differentiation, and ubiquitin–proteasome system regulation, intersecting with antioxidant response element (ARE)-associated signaling. Through these pathways, Nrf3 contributes to context-dependent control of proliferation and survival and is frequently studied for its altered expression or activity in cancer biology and other disorders characterized by dysregulated stress-response signaling. |
