N-2 Supplement is chemically defined and serum-free. It is recommended for the growth and expression of neuroblastoma and anaphase mitosis of neurons which exist in the cultivation of primary cells from PNS and CNS mostly. N-2 supplement provided BasalMedia is a 100X concentrate. It can be used in serum-free neuronal cells only media containing bFGF and EGF or DMEM.
