Product Description

BrdU is a thymidine analog. Useful for the study of DNA synthesis where it is incorporated into DNA in place of thymidine. 5-Bromo-2'-deoxyuridine can be used to label DNA. The resulting DNA can be used in conjunction with BrdU Monoclonal Antibody for the immunohistochemical analysis of cell proliferation.
