HSPA14(Heat shock 70kDa protein 14) also known as HSP70-4, HSP70L1 is a member of the heat shock protein 70 family, consists of 509 amino acids and is derived from human dendritic cells. HSPA14 plays a crucial role in dendritic cell maturation, which is essential for initiating and regulating immune responses. HSPA14 stimulates the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as interleukin 12p70, interleukin 1β, and tumor necrosis factor alpha, as well as chemokines like IP-10, MIP-1α, MIP-1β, and RANTES. These interactions are vital for the immune system′s ability to respond to pathogens and maintain homeostasis. |
