NU 7441 is a selective and potent DNA-PK inhibitor (IC50 14nM) and P13K inhibitor (IC50 5uM). It is reported enhance the cytotoxic effects of radiation in cancer cell lines and potentiate the effects of etoposide and doxorubicin. NU 7441 is also reported to enhance the efficiency of CRISPR-Cas9 mediated homology-directed repair (HDR) 2 to 4 fold and decrease nonhomologous end-joining (NHEJ) frequency by 2 fold. |
